Order Fulfillment

All orders for the Bold Bundle are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is successfully received. Customers will receive a confirmation email with details about their purchase and instructions on how to automatically access the digital products. 

Please ensure that the email you use when you purchase Bold Bundle products is correct, and if you don't see an email from us, kindly check your junk mail folders before contacting us. 

Shipping and Delivery

The Bold Bundle does not offer physical products for sale at this time, and all digital products will be delivered by email. 

Refund Policy Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital items, refunds are not available for downloadable content included in the Bold Bundle. If you experience technical issues, please contact our support team for assistance.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, if the product has not yet been opened or accessed. After this period, cancellations may not be possible if processing has begun.
